Cherry Grove is not really a separate town. North Myrtle Beach is a combination of four beach communities that joined together in 1968. It consists of Windy Hill Beach, Crescent Beach (where your video starts), Ocean Drive Beach and Cherry Grove Beach. The north and south designation on Ocean Blvd. means north and south of Main St. which is that first traffic light you came to which is in the Ocean Drive section.

I've always stayed at north myrtle beach, hopefully coming down on july 18th and staying at cherry grove this year, is the situation down there ok or are they closing back up again
I visit North Myrtle most every year. Many times hang out in Cherry Grove.( Great fish tacos at the Duffy St. bar) . Usually just ride down to Myrtle one day during my stays. Great video!

I really love North myrtle beach. Its like a new found love for it. We have been going to Maritime for so many yrs. When I was growing up I thought it was boring. Now that I am older I can appreciate it! My moms unit is a studio so its pretty tight with all 5 of us. We make it work. Sometimes if they have availability we have rented a 1 bedroom for a few days to "spred" out.
