I would recommend Midousuji line from Namba, because the Umeda station is much easier and faster to get to the JR Osaka station or Hankyu Umeda station. At Youdoyabashi station you could transfer to Keihan line. JR line is much more expensive than Hankyu line or Keihan line. So my tip: Use Midousuji line not Yotsubashi line from Namba to Umeda area and choose a railway company depending on your destination and fare. Or airport limousine bus goes direct to Kyoto city from the KIX airport.
