Nice presentation and accent, but ( at 0:36) as 'beaux' ( as in Beaux Arts) is followed by a vowel, the silent 'x' is sounded as a 'z', to elide it with the vowel, thus avoiding the glottal stop. So it's Boaz Are, not Bo ' Are.
