I'm a student from Argentina (South America) and I'm thinking on applying to the Universities of Glasgow next year. I'm in love with the culture of Scottland, but I'm a bit unsure about the weather; here in Argentina a 15° celcious day is considered a rather cold one and a nice/warm weather is 24°

I was born in Glasgow, 1948, ran away in 1966. As a wee boy I played in the only green grass around which was the Graveyard of Glasgow Cathedral as I lived close beside it. Glad to see Auld Glesga has become such a great City during the decades I have been away. I still belang tae Glesga though.

The best attraction in this city happens to be the people who live there. From London to Paris and in between, no other city has the friendliness that the people of Glasgow have. I've traveled to more cities than I can recall… Glaswegians take #1 spot.
Love from across the big Pond.
